I had an excellent initial visit to Brooklyn Park Dental! I made appointments for both my daughter and myself back to back and filled out the paperwork online prior to coming in. The front office staff was helpful and efficient. Leo was the dental hygienist who sat down and spent a good portion of my visit looking at my teeth and discussing my concerns. He answered every single question I had with patience, knowledge, and empathy. He recommended a specific toothbrush and toothpaste that would suit the problems I'm having and even gave me instruction on how to use it in the problem areas. My only complaint is that Leo is not a permanent hygienist in that dental office, as he told me he was taking the place of another hygienist for the day BUT he said the person he is working in place of is just as wonderful and informative as he is. Towards the end of the visit, I met with Dr Flanagan, who carefully explained the treatment plan and options I have moving forward. He talked about their commitment to care with compassion and comfortability, which I think is extremely important for a dental office. Dental work can be anxiety inducing, I've had bad experiences in other places. Going to this office was the right decision and it also showed my daughter that consistency in taking care of her teeth will result in no cavities! I was given a referral to an endodontist and two appointments for myself and my daughter for our next cleaning. I hope the office continues to grow and gain a lot of new patients in the upcoming year. We'll be back in 6 months!

First time visiting this dentist. Staff is wonderful. Dr. Leavy was amazing, very polite and great with administrating the Novocaine with no pain. Thank you so much

I give this Dentist office five star is because this was my first visit walking in the door I felt welcome The front desk lady was very helpful when I went in the back from the x-ray lady that did all my x-ray to the doctor was awesome. Tiffany was the one that cleaned my teeth when I tell you, I get anxiety going to the dentist I didn’t feel no pain. She was very gentle nice 100% I have to come back to get work done my first visit went so great I won’t be nervous going in for my second visit

Dr. Levy was awesome. He was personable, gave advice for follow-up and answered all of my questions. Barbara and Maria were kind, attentive and readily available. I went in for X-rays, a routine exam and cleaning. I was in the waiting room for about 6 minutes and once in the chair, done and on my way in 35. Excellent.

I had such a wonderful experience at Brooklyn Park Dental! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with kindness and professionalism. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. My dentist was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which gave me so much peace of mind. The office is clean, modern, and runs very efficiently — I never felt rushed, and they truly take the time to care for their patients. I left feeling confident about my dental health and grateful to have found such a great place. I had a great experience with the whole Brooklyn Park Dental team. Everyone involved in my treatment was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Kathleen took amazing care during my cleaning. Dr. Flanagan took his time and carefully explained my treatment options. I will definitely be continuing with them as my dentists.

Top notch dental care!!!!! Every single staff member there has been AMAZING. The ladies at the front are all so nice and kind, Tiffany who does the cleaning’s EXCELLENT and Dr Flanagan whom did my filling replacements, made sure I was numb and didn’t feel a thing. All the other staff members were very supportive and helpful. Very grateful for the service they provided, my anxiety is so bad when it comes to dental they definitely made it so much easier.

Literally the best place I've ever been. They are so sweet . The dentist Dr. kevy and Dr. flanagan !!! Words can't describe them. And the staff OMGoodness the sweetest ever. Dr. Flanagan and his staff are top tier. From the moment I walked in until I left, they took care of me very well. I needed a quick appointment for an infected wisdom tooth and Dr. Flanagan was prompt with making a plan of care for me. I’m actually looking forward to going back which for me is surprising considering I usually don’t like going to the dentist. Go ahead and make your appointment. You won’t be disappointed.

I'm just like everyone else, I feared the dentist and thought about canceling my appointment three separate times. I'm glad I didn't. The staff here was more than welcoming, they were inviting. Dr. Flanagan's skill and steady handwork provided a painless and warm experience. His knowledge of his craft and ease with explaining to me the procedure and status of my dental situation helped soothe any discomfort I felt about dentistry. I highly recommend to first timers, those with fear of dentists, and those who regularly visit dental offices. Thank you for your professionalism and skill.
